Order Placement & Product Price Indication

 

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.

From time to time, we may price an item or order wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.

If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in VAT takes effect. boakeadamsson.com is not responsible for conversion fees and exchange rates. 

 

Any discount codes issued are subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued, which may include, amongst other things, eligibility of use and maximum order value. When you complete a purchase on boakeadamsson.com, you enter a contract with boakeadamsson.com which supplies the product. We provide a platform which we trade our products to you, the consumer. We complete a sale and process payments, refunds & shipping. Once we receive your full payment for an order, we will remove your debt obligation to boakeadamsson.com for that order.

 

Shipping is handled by boakeadamsson.com through DHL/FedEx or a suitable currier for your location

 

Ordering Conditions
